We discuss Star Crossed, the two person game of forbidden love with a Jenga tower, safety tools when playing TTRPGs, and her card-based storytelling game For the Queen. MD 235 Sluggoth Love-Off w/ Alex Roberts
There’s a love triangle between Sluggoth, an elder space-slug deity with a 30’ aura of peace & love radiating from them, Captain Blaarg, an arrogant yet handsome yellow gelatinous creature, and Percival Blorp, a glowing space-skeleton with expressive eyeballs, eyebrows and buck teeth. Percival wields their grandfather’s antique space pistol. They all believe that this stupid joust thing is only done for silly cultural reasons. “We should all stop fighting and just kiss already!”
This competition cooking show is for the hand of the fair Sluggoth. This royal wedding, broadcasted to the galaxy, is the event of the season. Lizard-monkey attendants are making sure Sluggoth’s special day is perfect. You’ll have time to mingle with the participants before having to choose a side, becoming sous chefs for your champion in this joust of manners and culinary experience.
This cute room has several tiered, levitating platforms where gelatinous flowers called vegelitins are growing. There’s a stable of talking, sarcastic, three-headed riding birds with wings of daggers to cut the flowers, used to reach the floating platforms. Whoever makes the best edible arrangements between three courses while using the surprise ingredient wins. Sluggoth will judge on presentation and taste, and crown the winner.
The Slug Bishop, a large symbiotic slug on a human host’s head, presides over the show. This charismatic leader of the Sluggoth church and game show host is working the crowd, conducting interviews and keeping the show entertaining.
